This two-hour pasta class covers a variety of fresh and dried pasta styles suited to summer cooking, from light herb-dressed shapes to heartier filled pastas. Working hands-on at your station alongside a chef instructor, you will practice the dough-making and shaping techniques that apply across multiple pasta formats rather than just a single dish. All ingredients are provided and you eat the finished meal at the end of class.
