In this two-hour pasta class, you will mix, knead, and roll fresh egg pasta dough from scratch before shaping it into seasonal pasta forms paired with summer sauces built from peak-season ingredients. The chef instructor covers pasta dough ratios, the right texture to look for at each stage, and how to match sauce consistency to pasta shape. Everything is hands-on at your station and you sit down to eat what you make at the end of class.
