2. Use of the Service
DabbleIn is a class discovery platform. We provide information about classes and studios but are not responsible for the classes themselves, their quality, cancellations, or any disputes between users and studios.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Third-Party Booking
Class bookings are handled directly by studios through their own platforms. DabbleIn is not a party to any booking transaction and accepts no liability for bookings made through third-party links.
5. Content
Studio and class information is provided by studios and may not always be up to date. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of class schedules, pricing, or availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
DabbleIn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or participation in any fitness activity.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of DabbleIn after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
