Stir Cooking School's Wednesday evening class is a three-hour fully hands-on session in the Highlands kitchen where you cook an instructor-led menu and then sit down to eat everything the group made together. Topics rotate each week covering cuisines from Italian pasta to French techniques to global street food, with a full bar available the whole time. All ingredients and kitchen equipment are provided so you just show up and cook.
