Stir Cooking School's Monday evening class is a three-hour fully hands-on session in the Highlands kitchen covering a rotating weekly menu of globally inspired dishes with a full bar available throughout the session. An instructor coaches the group through each recipe and technique while students cook side by side, and the session ends with everyone eating the meal they prepared together. All ingredients and kitchen equipment are included.
