Stir Cooking School's Friday class is a three-hour fully hands-on session in the Highlands kitchen where an instructor leads you through a restaurant-quality dinner from scratch with a full bar available. The menu changes each week to keep regular students engaged, covering everything from fresh pasta to Asian-inspired dishes and Colorado seasonal produce. All ingredients and equipment are provided and the group eats together at the end.
