Get A Grip Trapeze operates Chicago's only flying trapeze rig at Foster Beach throughout the summer, offering an open-sky aerial experience unlike anything available at an indoor gym. The school also teaches aerial silks, lyra, and static trapeze in a supportive environment where first-timers and experienced aerialists train alongside each other. Instructors are patient, safety-focused, and skilled at breaking down intimidating skills into achievable steps that build confidence quickly.
