Tortello

Tortello is a Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized pasta shop in Wicker Park known for handcrafted Italian pasta made fresh every day. Their intimate pasta-making classes, held at the pasta window inside the restaurant, are led by Tortello's head sfoglina and teach participants to shape four different pasta forms by hand using classic Italian technique. Each class ends with a family-style meal made from the pasta students just created, paired with prosecco and seasonal dishes from the kitchen.
