The Sunday baking workshop at The Real Food Academy covers foundational baking technique, starting with proper measuring and mixing methods before moving into forming, proofing, and baking bread, pastry, or seasonal treats depending on the week's menu. Students learn to adjust recipes by feel, understand how ingredients interact, and troubleshoot common issues, so the skills translate well beyond the classroom. All supplies are provided and participants take their baked goods home.
