Each Thursday evening class centers on a different cuisine or technique, rotating through menus like homemade pasta, Mediterranean seafood, Asian stir-fry, and Mexican street food. Participants work in a fully equipped kitchen and prepare every component of the meal from scratch, guided step by step by the chef instructor. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and the class ends with everyone sitting down to enjoy the meal together.
