The Sunday pasta class walks participants through making fresh egg pasta from scratch, covering dough preparation, rolling technique, and cutting methods for shapes like tagliatelle, pappardelle, and stuffed tortellini. After the pasta is made, students prepare a sauce to go with it and sit down to eat the full meal they created together. All ingredients, pasta machines, and equipment are provided, and classes run about three hours from start to finish.
