About this class

This hands-on sushi class starts with a tutorial on short-grain rice preparation, seasoning, and proper rolling technique before students build their own rolls from fresh ingredients laid out at each station. You'll practice making classic maki, inside-out uramaki, and nigiri under the guidance of an experienced chef, developing knife skills and plating technique along the way. Each participant leaves with a full plate of their own handmade sushi.
