Mille-Feuille Bakery opens its production kitchen on Monday mornings for pastry classes covering a different classic French preparation each week, from eclairs and Paris-Brest to tarts and mille-feuille. Students work alongside the bakery's pastry team using the same recipes and professional equipment used in daily production. All ingredients are provided and every student takes home the pastries they make.
