Midweek Omakase Roll Workshop

This Wednesday evening class at Breakthrough Sushi focuses on omakase-style roll construction, where the instructor selects three or four seasonal roll styles based on what the market supplied that day and teaches each one from rice preparation through final presentation. Participants learn to read fish quality, handle a yanagiba knife, and develop consistent rolling speed across multiple styles. All ingredients are provided and participants eat their work at the end of the session.
