Skillette is a culinary school for serious home cooks, offering weekly hands-on classes built around the core techniques every confident cook needs. Classes cover foundational skills including knife work, protein cookery, fresh pasta, French sauces, and vegetable techniques, each taught in a fully equipped kitchen with individual cooking stations. The school is located inside La Cosecha in the Union Market District, with a permanent Georgetown studio opening in Fall 2026.
