Nelson's Green Brier Distillery is Nashville's award-winning Tennessee whiskey producer, operating in Marathon Village and reviving a historic pre-Prohibition distillery family recipe after over a century. The guided distillery tour covers every step of Tennessee whiskey production from the grain bill through the charcoal mellowing process before ending at the tasting room, and the cocktail classes held throughout the year let participants use the in-house Belle Meade expressions to build classic and original cocktails. The full-service restaurant and bar make it easy to extend a visit well beyond the tour.
