This guided walking tour of the Marathon Village distillery takes you through the milling room, fermentation tanks, copper pot stills, and barrel warehouse while your guide explains the specific choices behind Nelson's mash bill, the Lincoln County charcoal mellowing process, and the barrel char levels used for aging. The tour ends at the tasting room with a structured flight of three whiskey expressions and discussion of the flavor differences between each. All tasting samples are included in the tour price.
