NY Cake Academy offers Wednesday afternoon cake decorating workshops where students work with pre-baked cake layers to practice piping, smooth fondant application, and basic sugar craft decoration. An instructor demonstrates each technique and then works one-on-one with participants to help them execute the design on their own cakes. Students leave with a fully decorated cake to take home.
