NY Cake Academy

NY Cake Academy is a professional cake decorating school in Chelsea with a 5,000-square-foot facility that has been teaching baking and decorating skills for over 25 years. The academy offers single-session workshops in buttercream technique, piping, fondant work, and wedding cake design, as well as multi-week professional programs. All tools and materials are provided, and every student leaves with a finished cake they made themselves.
