NY Cake Academy runs Tuesday afternoon cupcake decorating workshops that teach basic piping, rosette techniques, and creative topping applications in a relaxed setting. Students practice on pre-baked cupcakes provided by the academy and work through a progression from simple swirls to petal-tip flowers under the instructor's guidance. All materials are provided and decorated cupcakes are boxed to take home.
