A 2.5-hour cooking session exploring the flavors of East and Southeast Asia, covering techniques for sushi, dumplings, stir-fry, and other dishes from the region. Students cook at individual stations throughout the class, building each dish from scratch under the guidance of a chef instructor. All ingredients and equipment are provided and students eat the meal they made at the end of the session.
