Fresh Pasta Making Class

Impastiamo's Costa Mesa pasta class takes you through the complete process of making fresh egg dough from scratch, then rolling, cutting, and shaping it into two or three classic Italian styles alongside an authentic Italian chef. The two-and-a-half-hour session ends with a shared meal of everything made in class, so students eat their own work while discussing what they learned. All ingredients and equipment are provided and no cooking experience is required to produce restaurant-quality pasta in the first session.
