About this class

Three different pasta shapes, three different sauces, all made from fresh dough in a single session, this class is structured to give you a complete picture of fresh pasta cookery in two and a half hours. You make the dough from scratch, roll and shape each format by hand, and cook them in sequence so you understand how thickness, shape, and cooking time interact. The Newport Beach kitchen serves the full dinner family style at the end of the class.
