Improv 101 — 6-Week Course

About this class

This six-week beginner improv course covers the foundational principles of improvisational comedy, "yes, and," active listening, character development, relationship building, comedic timing, and ensemble scene work, in a dedicated class that meets on Saturdays at ImprovCity's main theater in Tustin. Sessions run 2.5 hours each and all instruction happens on stage so you are performing from the very first class. The course culminates in a live student showcase performance on the final day in front of a real audience. This is a multi-session course running six consecutive Saturdays; instructor is Neiman Araque.
