Cooks of Crocus Hill's French technique class covers the foundational methods that underpin much of restaurant cooking — how to make a proper stock, why emulsified sauces behave the way they do, and how to braise inexpensive cuts into something deeply satisfying. The class is structured as a hands-on cooking session where students work with ingredients throughout and eat the results at the end. Wine is available to purchase at the studio.
