Timothy Adams Chocolates runs Thursday afternoon chocolate making workshops at their Sunnyvale workshop, covering the fundamentals of tempering couverture chocolate and applying it to traditional and creative confection forms. Participants make a selection of truffles, bonbons, or molded chocolate pieces during the session and take home everything they create. The workshop is led by one of the studio's trained chocolatiers and is capped at a small group size.
