Fresh Pasta Making

About this class

Mix, knead, and roll your own pasta dough by hand and with a pasta machine at Cooking with Company in Portland, then cut and shape it into tagliatelle, pappardelle, or filled shapes of your choosing. The instructor teaches the ratio of eggs to flour, how to feel for proper dough consistency, and how to sauce the final dish. You sit down and eat everything you make at the end of class.
