Coffee Brewing Basics

The Coffee Brewing Basics class at White Rock Coffee's Brew Lab is a two-hour introduction to the science and practice of manual coffee brewing, covering methods including pour-over, French press, and AeroPress with SCA-certified instructors walking you through grind size, water temperature, and brew ratios. You will taste the same coffee brewed with different variables and learn how to adjust each one to hit your preferred flavor profile at home. Classes run twice monthly on Saturday mornings and cost $30 per person with all equipment and coffee provided.
