The Home Barista course at White Rock Coffee Brew Lab is a deep-dive four-hour session on espresso-based drink making, covering machine calibration, tamping, milk steaming, and basic latte art pours using commercial espresso equipment. You learn the same fundamentals that baristas train on before working a cafe bar, and you leave with a practical understanding of how to replicate cafe-quality drinks with a home setup. The class is priced at $140 per person and all coffee, milk, and equipment are provided.
