White Rock Coffee's Brew Lab is a dedicated coffee education facility and SCA-certified Premier Training Campus in the Lake Highlands neighborhood of East Dallas, offering structured classes in home brewing, barista technique, latte art, and coffee roasting to curious coffee drinkers and aspiring professionals alike. Courses are led by Specialty Coffee Association-trained instructors and cover both the science and craft of coffee, from extraction chemistry to dial-in techniques on commercial equipment. The lab is attached to one of Dallas's most beloved independent coffee roasters, which has been serving East Dallas since 2010.
