Intro to Flying Trapeze Class

Trapeze School New York runs Thursday evening classes on its outdoor rig overlooking the Hudson River, giving students a chance to experience the fundamentals of flying trapeze with certified instructors guiding every step. Students practice the basic swing, knee hang, and catch timing in a supported progression that builds confidence through repetition. Participants are spotted and attached to a safety belt throughout the session.
