Sur La Table's Tuesday evening class changes each session to highlight what is fresh at the Pike Place Market that week, making it a rotating exploration of Pacific Northwest ingredients and techniques. A professional chef leads students through three or four recipes from prep to plating, and the class wraps up with everyone sitting down together to eat. Recipes and a shopping list are sent to registrants ahead of time.
