Improv Level 2: Scene Work

About this class

Station Theater Level 2 builds on the skills from Level 1 by introducing game theory, character specificity, and the mechanics of finding and heightening the unusual element that distinguishes a memorable improv scene from a generic conversation. Students perform longer scenes with more complex setups and receive detailed coaching on the specific choices that make each student's contributions more interesting to watch. This class is appropriate for students who have completed Level 1 at Station or a comparable beginner improv program.
