Mille-Feuille Bakery hosts Tuesday afternoon macaron workshops where the bakery's pastry team teaches the classic French macaron shell process using both French and Italian meringue methods. Students practice piping, filling, and sandwiching macarons and troubleshoot common issues such as hollow shells and cracked tops. All ingredients are provided and participants take home a box of macarons they made during the session.
