About this class

In this 8-week follow-up class to Stained Glass I , students expand on their studies by learning new techniques while creating an original piece, from design conception to final installation. Students are introduced to several new techniques, including glass painting and architectural window installation with proper reinforcement. Class discussion topics include glass selection, drafting to size, glass cutting, leading, soldering, cementing, beveled glass, 3D lamp-work, reinforcement, and instal. You make the piece yourself, and it goes home with you.
