AcroSports is a nonprofit circus arts and gymnastics center on the edge of Golden Gate Park offering adult aerial classes in silks, lyra, trapeze, and acrobatics throughout the week. Instructors work with adults from first aerial experiences through performance-level training, with beginner courses designed so no gymnastics background is needed. The center has trained students of all ages since the 1980s and maintains small class sizes to keep coaching hands-on.
