Each hands-on class walks you through mixing the dough, rolling it into sheets, and shaping it into spaghetti, fettuccine, or filled pasta like ravioli, and the studio supplies every tool and ingredient you need. You cook everything yourself and then sit down to eat what you made, which makes the two hours feel like a meal with friends rather than a lecture. The space is intimate and the instructors stay friendly and patient with people who have never touched fresh dough before.
