About this class
This hands-on workshop focuses on filled pasta and gnocchi, the shapes that take a little more practice to get right. You will make the dough, build the fillings, and fold ravioli and other stuffed shapes by hand alongside the instructors. Potato gnocchi is rolled, cut, and ridged so you leave knowing how to make it at home. Everyone sits down together at the end to eat what they made, and all tools and ingredients are provided.
