Bettie's Chicago

Bettie's Chicago is a 1950s-themed recreational baking and cooking school tucked into the River North neighborhood. Founded by Kristin Hoffman (known as Baker Bettie), the school offers hands-on classes in bread baking, pastry arts, and savory cooking in a warmly decorated vintage diner-style space. Classes are kept intentionally small so every student gets personal attention and leaves with a bag full of everything they made.
