OSAKANA's introductory sushi class on St. Marks Place walks you through every step of making sushi from scratch in a group of six. You season and press the rice, slice the fish yourself, and form temaki hand rolls, temari bite-size rounds, and pressed oshi-zushi using premium seasonal fish that Yuji Haraguchi sourced whole that week. The class runs 90 minutes, is BYOB, and all tools and fish are provided.
