Tortello's Friday evening pasta experience places guests at the heart of the restaurant's pasta-making operation for a deeply hands-on session. Participants learn to prepare fresh egg dough from scratch and shape four distinct pasta forms using traditional techniques taught by the kitchen staff. The session closes with a shared family-style meal featuring the pasta you made alongside seasonal vegetable dishes. Groups are capped at six for an intimate, restaurant-quality experience.
