Classic Cocktails Workshop

About this class

This session covers five foundational cocktails that every home bartender should be able to make properly: the Old Fashioned, the Martini, the Negroni, the Daiquiri, and the Manhattan. You build each one yourself using Calvert Woodley's well-stocked bar, with the instructor explaining why specific spirits and ratios work in each drink rather than just having you follow a recipe. By the end you have enough technique to riff on any of these classics with confidence.
