This focused session digs into the botany and distillation of gin, covering how different botanical recipes produce such radically different flavor profiles. You taste four or five gins side by side, then build a series of gin and tonics with different tonic waters, garnishes, and ice to understand how each variable changes the drink. By the end you have a framework for ordering intelligently at any bar and for building your own gin-forward cocktails at home.
