Led by Sunda's kitchen chefs, this one-hour class teaches the technique and flavor principles behind three styles of sushi roll: temaki hand rolls, futomaki thick rolls, and uramaki inside-out rolls. Students prepare seasoned rice, slice fish and vegetables, and assemble finished rolls to eat during the session. All equipment and ingredients are provided.
