Pendant Making Class

About this class

The pendant making class at Philadelphia Jewelry Studio teaches students to design and fabricate a sterling silver pendant using sawing, filing, texture stamping, and a bail attachment so the finished piece is ready to hang on a chain. Students choose from a set of design options developed by the studio or propose their own simple shape, and the instructor helps translate each design into the practical steps needed to execute it cleanly at the bench. All materials are included and the class works well as both a first metalsmithing experience and a follow-on workshop for students who have taken an intro class.
