Woodburning and Wood Art Session

About this class

The woodburning session at Upstairs Circus in Minneapolis lets you use a heated pyrography tool to draw, shade, and engrave designs onto a wood board, cutting board, or small plaque of your choice. The studio provides all the wood blanks, transfer paper, and pyrography tips, and staff walk you through temperature settings, tip selection, and technique so you can achieve fine lines and shading even if you have never used a wood-burning tool before. Walk-ins welcome most evenings and the finished piece is yours to take home.
