In this intimate Tuesday evening class a celebrated Atlanta chef leads a hands-on session built around a four-part menu made entirely from what is in season at the Garden's Edible Garden that week, covering techniques from knife skills to sauce building in a real kitchen with real produce. You cook alongside the chef rather than just watching, taste each component as it comes together, and leave with the recipe and the confidence to recreate it. Admission to the Garden is included in the class fee.
