Josey Baker Bread Saturday baking classes teach participants how to mix, shape, and bake naturally leavened sourdough loaves using the techniques developed at the Mill on Divisadero Street. Students work through the process from starter feeding and dough mixing through scoring and loading a home oven with guidance from the bakery team on troubleshooting common issues. Each participant takes home their baked loaf along with a printed recipe guide for replicating the process at home.
