BATS Improv's Friday one-time intro workshop at Fort Mason is a three-hour beginner session covering the fundamentals of improvisational theater through games and paired exercises, with no acting experience required. The workshop is run by experienced BATS faculty and gives you a taste of the listening, playfulness, and collaborative storytelling that are the core of improv. It is a standalone class that also serves as a preview of the full Foundation course.
