Beginner Improv Intro Workshop

BATS Improv's introductory workshop at Fort Mason in the Marina is a three-hour session covering the building blocks of improvisational theater, listening deeply, saying yes to your scene partners, building shared stories, and playing with spontaneity in a low-pressure group setting. No acting experience is needed and the workshop format moves quickly through games and exercises so you spend the whole time doing rather than watching. It is a good way to try improv for an evening before deciding whether to enroll in a full Foundation course.
